Monthly, regional, and yearly meetings prepare and disseminate various reports, either to one another or to Friends everywhere. In Intermountain Yearly Meeting, each monthly meeting prepares an annual state of the society report for presentation to the regional meeting and subsequently the yearly meeting. The purpose of these reports is to enable monthly meetings, regional meetings, and the yearly meeting to offer support, guidance, or oversight to monthly meetings as needed.
